The designer will be paid a flat fee per show to design, procure and/or build the costumes. (The designer may be able to hire additional help for costume construction as needed.) Additionally, the designer will be paid supervision pay of $15 per hour for every hour spent supervising and instructing a small crew of student volunteers.
